Smart Payroll offers you a complete payroll service handling all procedures relating to PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, Student Loans, etc.

We provide a payroll service for weekly, four weekly, fortnightly, quarterly or annual payroll cycles.

No set up fee and no hidden charges throughout the year.

Our standard service includes:

• An initial consultation to establish your exact requirements.
• No set up fee whatever size of company.
• Personalised spreadsheets prepared for clients to input payroll information.
• Can work from gross pay figures or net to gross pay basis.
• Payroll processing within one working day.
• Production of reports as required to be sent to client by post and / or electronically (all reports can be saved as Excel, PDF, etc)
• Dealing with tax forms P45, P46, P38s etc.
• Dealing with Inland Revenue queries.
• Queries from appointed spokespeople or direct from employees (depending on client preference).
• You will have a dedicated point of contact to answer any queries related to your payroll, we aim to respond to all enquires within 1-2 hours.
• Period end returns (P32 Employers Summary Report)
• All P14/P60/P35 (end of year) processing.
• P11D recording, if required, at a small extra cost.
• Regular backups of your data, which are kept on and off site.

Our payroll service is charged at a basic £2.50 per person per run
