We can deal with your bookkeeping in any one of the following ways, the first and most popular method is our mailing system.  This system involves the client compiling all relevant information which normally includes sales and purchase invoices, bank statements, and petty cash receipts.  This is then sent to us in provided envelopes for processing.  Once this information is processed we usually complete all relevant reconciliation and VAT calculations.  This information is then forwarded to the client with up to date debtors and creditors report and management information.

For the more computer literate client we can deal with a full bookkeeping system by way of PDF and e-mail.
