Smart Accounts started life in 2001 as a small Bookkeeping firm servicing a handful of clients. As time has passed we have grown into a well organised firm whilst still offering the same personal service as we did in the beginning.
Our main values have always remained the same, to offer our clients the highest level of service at a cost that suits their business. You only have to look at the flexibility of our professional care to realise the benefits. Our ability to be able to offer a national service to many businesses all over the United Kingdom including many well known franchised brands as well as servicing our local clientele has proven to be a big success.
Our objectives over the coming years are to look after our existing clients and help move them forward as they develop in their business ventures. At the same time we are opening regional offices all over the UK to be able to support our clients closer to their home towns.
As Smart Accounts grows we will maintain our offices by keeping up with new developments in the industry and training our staff to support our clients in the best possible ways. Smart has branched out to be able offer the complete one stop shop for all business issues. The introduction of our new IT support department has given clients a successful IT solution that many have found to be a breath of fresh air in the computing world.
In the near future we will be adding a personalised recruitment service. This area is currently under development and will hopefully be joining us in the later part of this year.
Customer care is of paramount importance to us, our objectives being to ensure that all our clients are happy with our service and our fee.
